Solution 1: Rename your pepflashplayer.dll file

Most of the time this problem appears for the pepflashplayer.dll file. So, at first, try to rename it.

Step 1: Open file explorer(press Windows + E) on your computer.

Step 2: Then go to Local Disk(C:) > Users > Your User name > AppData > Local > Google > Chrome > User Data > PepperFlash folder.

Step 3: Now you will see a folder named with a version. Go into it.

Step 1: Open the Run command(Press Windows + R key) on your computer.

Step 2: Now write %localappdata% on it and press Enter.

After entering the code press Enter or click on Ok button

Step 3: Then go to Google > Chrome  > User Data folder.

Now go into those system files

Step 4: Find the PepperFlash file and right click on it and select delete option.
